We are a Canadian based company and store your information on our secure server. We may transfer your personal information to countries other than the country in which you live. CHILDREN

Our website and services are not directed at children or students under the age of 13. As a safety measure, registered teachers using our service have the ability to enable parental consent for student registrations under a certain age to prevent any legal issues from occurring. Furthermore, students are only eligible to register with Kindel through an invite only process from their designated teacher.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, however, should we change the Privacy Policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on our Website along with the updated Privacy Policy. If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate your Services or stop using our Website.
